Come one, come all! Rochester Free Radio is now accepting show ideas - let us know if you have anything you would like to hear produced on RFR!
Please note that we are not currently able to accept shows based on religious themes, shows containing licensed music, shows containing hate speech or shows that act as infomercials/advertisement/self-promotion. Current, RFR does not have a physical studio, so shows would need to be submitted to RFR in MP3 format. If you do not have or know how to use this technology, we can assist you with this.

A couple of months ago, we started making noise about the launching of Rochester Free Radio! We enticed some folks - insisting you come to Rochester Free Radio and hear our most excellent stream of local and national shows.
Then the stream started falling apart, we were going dead throughout the day. Finally, we realized that we needed to do more work before we were ready.
That's the bad news.
